Mathieson, George John
John George Mathieson (1880–1954) was an artist who lived and worked in the Stirling area of Central Scotland, exhibiting between 1918 and 1940.
A prolific etcher of landscapes, he showed 21 works at the Royal Scottish Academy, 101 at the Wigmore Gallery, 1 at the Royal Academy, 18 at the Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts, and others elsewhere.
